Bartender

Job Description / Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience. The role requires strong knowledge of mixology, upselling techniques, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in compliance with Cayman Islands liquor laws and hotel standards. Core Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive interactions Upsell drinks and menu items to increase revenue Handle cash transactions and POS system accurately Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation Monitor alcohol service and verify identification where necessary Maintain stock and bar supplies Follow sanitation, safety, and compliance procedures Complete side duties pre and post shift Work collaboratively with team members
