Welcome to Cayman Jobs. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Cayman Jobs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
3. Job Seekers
Job seekers may browse and apply for jobs free of charge. You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications or work permit status is prohibited.
4. Employers
Employers must purchase a subscription to publish job adverts. All job postings must comply with Cayman Islands labour laws and regulations. Employers must not discriminate unlawfully in their job postings.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. Job post credits expire at the end of the subscription period. Payments are processed securely through CyberSource.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not post content that is misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Cayman Jobs, including logos, design, and software, is the property of OWC Services Ltd. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cayman Jobs is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or job seekers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may request account deletion at any time through their profile settings.
